Whilst we are in the process of fixing your technical
issue it may be necessary for one of our operators to remotely
login to your computer to perform certain tasks.
Please enter the code given to you by your operator when
prompted to do so. A small program will be downloaded on to
your machine enabling us to Remotely Control your
Computer. Once we have solved your technical issue the
program will automatically delete itself leaving your system
exactly as it was before.
Please note:- at any time during a remote access session
you can terminate the connection.
