Sometimes certain computer problems can take many hours to resolve. If this is the case for your particular issue it may be more cost effective for you to opt for support by paying for it on a per incident basis. This facility offers excellent peace of mind knowing that your computer problem can be fixed for a set fee. When you select this option a technician will connect to your computer remotely and fix your problem no matter how long it takes.
Choose our 12 month support option and relax in the knowledge that should you have a techical issue that we provide support for then your are covered. Remember it is not just one computer that is covered, you can request support on any computer in your home or work place. please note that a fair usage policy applies to this type of cover and you will be limited to one support session per month.
